Wrong product was sent

I purchased matching rompers for my daughter and I. I received the wrong product for my daughter. I sent an email and no one ever responded.

Missing Romper

I ordered the Wild Heart Romper for myself and my two daughters. Unfortunately the romper for my youngest daughter was missing from the package. I sent emails to notify Elle Olivia of the error but I never received a response. Now I get an email asking for a review. I’ve made many purchases in the past. It’s unfortunate that I can’t get a reply to an email being that I have been loyal customer.
